Cancellation Policy

$120 for up to three hours. $35 per hour thereafter. Times are average and subject to change. Cash/check/Venmo/CashApp upon arrival. Extra hours to be paid at the end of service time. Not responsible for accidents with items left out. Please secure all valuables. Please tidy up and de-clutter house as much as possible before cleaning. This makes for a smoother cleaning process. Not responsible for any reactions (people, pets, or objects) to cleaning products. You may provide your own cleaning supplies and leave them out for me, but please make sure it is everything needed for services booked and please let me know if you plan on supplying your own. I can bring my own supplies including name brand cleaners (Method, Mr. Clean, Mrs. Myers, Pledge, Swiffer, etc.) for all surfaces, bathrooms, glass, appliances and glass, my own vacuum/broom/steam mop/Swiffer mop, cleaning rags, brushes, etc. I can provide a complete list of all cleaners used at clients request. All supplies is disinfected and washed in between each client. I wear shoe covers while cleaning. Customer can be home or leave a way to enter (key, passcode). Please have pets secure or owner present while cleaning. Client Cancellations and Rescheduling: one day (24 hours) notice will be credited to a new appointment, under 24 hours full service price is due. The Cleaning Mama Cancellations and Rescheduling: if The Cleaning Mama needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason you will have the option to credit the appointment or get a full refund. If you need a cleaning within three days of booking, please reach out. Personal Shopper and Organizational Help services will be booked and discussed with each client to meet their needs. If there are other cleaning or household tasks you need help with, please reach out.
